The 3rd Annual Athens EggFest will take place on Saturday, April 13 at the Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center and registration for the event is now open. Join us from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for an event featuring gastric delights and the incredible Green Egg outdoor ceramic cooker.Participants come from across the country to showcase their personal recipes, meet with fellow Eggheads, and share some great food with the crowd. This year's theme is "Food's Better Outside."
Regular admission to the Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center will apply and a tasting badge fee will be collected at the event entrance for persons age 12 and older, $5 for those who register in advance, $10 at event entrance. There is no registration fee to cook.
