Participants come from across the country to showcase their personal recipes, meet with fellow Eggheads, and share some great food with the crowd. This year's theme is "Food's Better Outside."
Regular admission to the Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center will apply and a tasting badge fee will be collected at the event entrance for persons age 12 and older, $5 for those who register in advance, $10 at event entrance. There is no registration fee to cook.
